DOMESTIC SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. SHIPPING

Orders placed weekdays Monday-Friday by 3:00 pm (EST) are processed within 24hrs (excluding holiday periods). Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarding companies (containers).

All orders are shipped via Federal Express (FedEx), on business days generally between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (weekends and holidays are excluded), in corrugated boxes. Orders placed on National holidays will be processed the following business day. Shipments are fully traceable on our website and directly at www.fedex.com.

The date you receive your order will vary depending on the shipping method that you have selected at the time of the purchase. Please allow additional 2-3 business days for deliveries to rural areas.

FedEx requires an adult signature from a recipient, located at the actual given shipping address, at the time of delivery. If the delivery cannot be completed and the package is returned to us, the recipient will incur an additional $15 re-stocking fee that will be deducted from their total monetary refund amount. Please note that we do not re-route any packages.

At this time, we do not ship outside Canada and the continental U.S.A. Therefore, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, or Alaska.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUT-OFF: Order with Express Shipping by December 19th to receive your package before December 24th.

2. RETURN POLICY

You may find yourself with an item you wish to return. The Return Form must be completed within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Any return requests received after that deadline will be refused.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You must return your item and place a new order for the correct item.

Items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of any damage. Original tags must remain attached to clothing with plastic logo seal intact. Please safeguard the original packaging as it will be required for the return of the item(s).

NOTE: Fees and shipping charges are non-refundable. Item(s) marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund.

3. RETURN POLICY - RETAIL STORES

Please note that merchandise purchased at retail, including department or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.

4. RETURN PROCEDURE

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT BY CLICKING ON MY ACCOUNT AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE;

2. CLICK ON MY ORDERS;

3. CLICK ON VIEW ORDER NEXT TO THE ITEM YOU WANT TO RETURN;

4. CLICK ON RETURN AT THE TOP RIGHT;

5. ENTER YOUR INFORMATION AND CLICK SUBMIT.

During peak periods, please allow an additional 7 (seven) to ten (10) business days for processing of the return and refund. Peak periods include promotional weekends and holiday periods.

All International orders are shipped by our partner Borderfree and are fully traceable on our website. We are currently shipping to the following destinations*: *Note: We do not ship products with down to Italy. We do not ship any orders order $1,100 USD to Russia.

Note: The date you receive your order will vary depending on the shipping address on the order, and the available shipping options for the shipping address. Some countries offer a choice of standard or express delivery. Delivery time does not include order processing.

2. RETURN POLICY INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

You can apply for a return authorization within (7) days of receipt of goods by e-mailing shop@mackage.com. In your e-mail, please include your reason for return A- Too big, B- Too small, C- Other: Please specify. Once the e-mail is received with requested information, within (48) business hours (Eastern Time), our Customer Service team will create the RMA in our system with Borderfree on your behalf. Borderfree will then contact you shortly with instructions on how to return your item. Items must then arrive at Borderfree within (15) days. Returns are received weekdays and processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping charges/Fees are non-refundable and will be directly deducted from refund amounts. Items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of any damage. Original tags must remain attached to clothing with plastic logo seal intact. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. We do not offer exchanges.
