Beautiful but poor quality zipper
The coat is beautiful, but within a day of receiving it, I realized the zipper had torn away from the coat. I had taken off the tags, so I was told I couldn't return it. When I asked about repairs, I was sent information for how to send it back on my own dime and told it would take 3 months to fix. The coat was a significant investment, and I would have expected higher quality materials and better customer service
